5.108.270 Permits issued prior to the effective date of this section.
A. Except as provided in subsection B, all entertainment permits issued on or before the effective date of the ordinance that codified this section are deemed to be general entertainment permits subject to the provisions of this chapter. B. All entertainment permits for special events that were issued on or before the effective date of the ordinance that codified this section are deemed to be temporary entertainment permits subject to the provision of this chapter.
