5.116.030 License-Application.

Any person desiring a license to engage as a solicitor within the city shall make application therefor to the city controller on forms to be provided, stating the name and address of the applicant, the name and address of the person whom he or she represents and the kind of goods offered for sale, or the kind of services to be rendered.
