5.124.050 Term of permit; renewal.
A. Massage therapy practitioner permits and massage therapy establishment permits are valid for two years from the date that the permit is issued, unless surrendered, suspended, or revoked sooner. B. To renew a massage therapy practitioner permit or a massage therapy establishment permit, the permittee shall submit an application in accordance with section 5.124.200. The permittee shall submit the application no later than 30 days prior to the permit expiration date. Untimely applications may be subject to a late penalty in an amount established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2021-0016 § 26)
