5.132.030 Inspection.
The city health officer or any of his or her duly authorized agents shall have the right to enter and inspect any place where tattooing is practiced for the purpose of determining whether the same is being conducted, managed and carried on in compliance with the rules, regulations and sanitary requirements of the health department of the city.
