5.136.100 Taxicab driver permit required.
A. No person shall operate a taxicab unless he or she holds a valid taxicab driver permit issued pursuant to this article. B. Upon demand of a peace officer, or city employee authorized to enforce this chapter, the driver of a taxicab shall present his or her taxicab driver permit for examination. (Ord. 2010-028 § 2)
