5.136.140 Grounds for suspending or revoking a taxicab driver permit.

The director may suspend or revoke any taxicab driver's permit issued pursuant to this chapter for any of the following reasons: A. One or more of the circumstances upon which a taxicab driver permit could be denied as described in Section 5.136.120 exists or has occurred; or B. The permittee has violated any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 2010-028 § 2)
