5.138.070 Display of license.

No person shall act as a tobacco retailer unless the following are prominently displayed on the premises: A. A valid license issued pursuant to this chapter; B. A valid business operations tax certificate issued pursuant to title 3; and C. A valid tobacco retailer license issued by the state of California. (Ord. 2026-0014 § 6; Ord. 2004-013 § 1)
