5.150.1020 Persons under 21 years of age prohibited.
A. No person under 21 years of age shall be on the delivery-only cannabis dispensary site or operate the dispensary in any capacity, including, but not limited to, as a manager, staff, employee, contractor, or volunteer. B. No delivery-only cannabis dispensary permittee shall allow any violation of subsection A. (Ord. 2017-0060 § 4)
