5.150.1290 Compliance with other cannabis business requirements.
Except as provided in this article, a cannabis microbusiness permittee shall comply with the provisions of this chapter, and state law and regulations applicable to a cannabis microbusiness and the type of cannabis-related activity that it engages in. (Ord. 2018-0050 § 2)
