5.150.150 Payment of taxes.
In addition to any fees established and imposed pursuant to this chapter, all cannabis businesses are required to pay all applicable taxes, including the business operations tax pursuant to title 3 and sales tax pursuant to state law. (Ord. 2017-0046 § 1)5.150.150
