5.150.260 Grounds for suspending, modifying, or revoking a cannabis business permit.
The city manager may suspend, modify, or revoke a cannabis business permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter for any of the following reasons: A. One or more of the circumstances upon which a cannabis business permit could be denied, as described in section 5.150.240, exists or has occurred. B. One or more conditions of the cannabis business permit has been violated. C. The permittee, its owners, officers, directors, partners, agents, or other persons vested with the authority to manage or direct the affairs of the business have violated any provision of this chapter.
