5.150.560 Indoor cultivation only.
A. A cannabis cultivation permittee shall only cultivate cannabis in a fully enclosed building. B. A cannabis cultivation permittee shall not allow cannabis or cannabis products on the cultivation site to be visible from the public right-of-way, the unsecured areas surrounding the buildings on the site, or the site's main entrance and lobby.
