5.150.990 Display of delivery-only cannabis dispensary permit.
The delivery-only cannabis dispensary permittee shall display its current valid delivery-only cannabis dispensary permit issued in accordance with this article inside the lobby or waiting area of the main entrance to the dispensary site. The permit must be displayed at all times in a conspicuous place so that it may be readily seen by all persons entering the dispensary site. (Ord. 2017-0060 § 4)
