5.32.120 Appeals of revocations or suspensions of licenses or permits.
The action of the city manager or chief of police with respect to a revocation or suspension of a cardroom license or cardroom work permit may be appealed to the city council as set forth in Section 5.32.100 of this chapter. Upon failure to timely file a notice of appeal, the action of the city manager or chief of police shall be final and conclusive. (Ord. 2006-068 § 1; Ord. 2006-067 § 1; prior code § 5.01.003-11)
