5.68.365 Removal and disposal of waste material.
A. No vendor shall operate a food vending vehicle unless the vendor has a contract with a city-franchised waste hauler to collect garbage, mixed recycling, and organics generated by the vendor and its customers. B. Subsection A does not apply if the vendor self-hauls all waste material generated by the vendor and its customers to a central location such as a restaurant, commissary kitchen, or commercial kitchen. All self-hauled waste materials must be separated into appropriate waste material receptacles for collection. (Ord. 2023-0024 § 2)
