5.68.425 Operation adjacent to property in a residential zoning district.
No person shall operate a food vending vehicle on the street while stopped, standing, or parked adjacent to any property in a residential zoning district: A. Later than 8:00 p.m. or earlier than 8:00 a.m. of any day during the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October; or B. Later than 6:00 p.m. or earlier than 8:00 a.m. of any day during the months of November, December, January, February, and March. (Ord. 2015-0016 § 6)
