5.88.250 Exempted activities.
This article is not intended to apply to the following: A. A mobile service business vehicle parked for a reasonable time on a public right-of-way at the prior express invitation of an owner or occupant of adjacent public or private property to provide a service to the owner or occupant. B. A mobile service business vehicle parked on private property. C. A vehicle parked for a reasonable time to make a delivery. (Prior code § 7.08.082)
