5.94.100 Driver's license requirement to drive or operate pedicab.
A. No person shall drive or operate a pedicab unless he or she is currently and validly licensed by the state of California to drive a motor vehicle. A pedicab driver shall have his or her current valid motor vehicle driver's license issued by the state of California on his or her person at all times while driving or operating a pedicab. B. A pedicab operator shall report a change in the status of his or her driver's license to the city within three business days of the change. (Ord. 2016-0020 § 1)
