8.08.240 Enforcement of hearing officer orders.
After any order of the hearing officer made pursuant to this code shall have become final, no owner to whom any such order is directed shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey any such order. The city attorney may commence appropriate judicial action against any owner who fails to abate a nuisance pursuant to the order of the hearing officer. (Prior code § 61.16.1625)
