8.100.770 Effect of failure to appeal.

Failure of any person to file a timely appeal in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.100.760 of this chapter shall constitute an irrevocable waiver of the right to an administrative hearing and a final adjudication of the notice and order, or any portion thereof, subject only to review pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5.
