8.116.090 Relationship with other laws.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to allow idling in excess of other applicable laws, including, but not limited to: A. Title 13 California Code of Regulations Section 1226; B. Title 13 California Code of Regulations Section 2480; C. Vehicle Code Section 22515; or D. Any other local ordinance or requirement as stringent as, or more stringent than this chapter.
