8.48.010 General prohibition against manufacture, possession, sale or use of fireworks.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no person shall manufacture, possess, sell, use, display, or discharge any fireworks within the city. (Ord. 2025-0014 § 2; Prior code § 15.03.375)
