8.48.050 Safe and sane fireworks-Exception.
A. It is not unlawful to possess safe and sane fireworks during the time period beginning at noon on June 28th and ending at 10 p.m. on July 4th of that same year. B. It is not unlawful to sell safe and sane fireworks as provided in section 8.48.120. C. It is not unlawful to use, display, or discharge safe and sane fireworks between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. during the time period described in subsection A above.
