8.72.030 Application.

Any person desiring to operate or use a searchlight in the city shall file with the chief of police an application therefor on forms to be provided by the chief of police. Such application shall contain the following information: A. The name and address of the person making application; B. The location at which it is desired to use or operate a searchlight; C. The period for which a permit is desired; D. The hours during which the searchlight is to be operated; E. The name of the person who will be in charge of operating the searchlight.
