8.72.050 Permit-Revocation.

Any permit required by Section 8.72.020 of this chapter issued by the chief of police may be revoked by him or her at any time in the event he or she finds that the owner or operator of the searchlight has failed to operate the same in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.72.010 of this chapter.
