8.80.240 Retaliation prohibited.
It is unlawful for a commercial enterprise, nonprofit entity, or city to retaliate against any member of the general public or an employee or applicant for employment of the enterprise, entity or city because such member of the general public, employee or applicant seeks enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or otherwise protests smoking by others.
