8.96.180 Effect of failure to appeal.

Failure of any person to file an appeal in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.96.170 of this chapter shall constitute an irrevocable waiver of the right to an administrative hearing and a final adjudication of the building official's order, or any portion thereof, subject only to review pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5.
