9.12.100 Proof of age.

For the purpose of preventing the violation of section 9.12.090 of this chapter, any person may refuse to distribute a tobacco product to a person who is unable to produce adequate written evidence that they are 21 years of age or older. (Ord. 2026-0015 § 4; prior code § 24.02.012)
