9.24.130 Liability.
A. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or who aids in the violation of any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the individual whose rights are violated for actual damages, costs and attorney's fees. B. Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, violation of any provision of this chapter shall not be deemed a crime. (Prior code § 74.01.160)
