§ 18.120.030 — Minor Changes by Director

Minor changes in an Architectural Review approval that do not involve an increase in structure area or height including the reconfiguration of existing interior space resulting in not more than two additional bedrooms, an increase in the number of dwelling units, or an intensity of use may be approved by the Director in compliance with Section 18.128.080 (Changes to an Approved Project).
