§ 18.128.040 — Approvals Under the Permit Streamlining Act

A. Applicable Provisions. Any application deemed approved by operation of law in compliance with Government Code Section 65956(b) shall be subject to all applicable provisions of this Zoning Code, which the applicant must fully satisfy before a Building Permit is issued or a land use not requiring a Building Permit is exercised or established. B. Public Hearing. The application shall be deemed approved only if the application received proper notice in compliance with Chapter 18.146 (Public Notices and Hearings) and Government Code Section 65956(b).
