§ 18.36.080 — Removal and Replacement of Required Landscaping

Replacement Sizes. Any plant material removed from a site for which the Director has approved the landscape and irrigation plan shall be replaced with plants consistent with the approved landscape and irrigation plan. Replacement trees shall be required for trees removed or severely and improperly trimmed, with or without Director approval. Size of replacement trees shall be determined by the Director based on the conditions of the property.
