§ 18.40.070 — Odor

No use shall emit any offensive odor off-site based on typical human reaction except normal odor associated with certain land uses. Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) shall determine whether or not the off-site odor is offensive or causes a nuisance.
