The provisions of Section 1017 of IBC are adopted by reference with the following modifications: 1. Revise note a to Table 1017.2 to delete "Section 402: For the distance limitation in malls." 2. Revise note e to Table 1017.2 to replace "Group R-3 and R-4" with "Group R-3, R-4 and R-5." 3. Delete the exception to Section 1017.3. (Amend Coun. J. 2-19-20, p. 14473, Art. II, § 48)
