10-24-030 Alteration.
No sign to which this chapter applies shall be erected, enlarged or altered unless and until a permit is secured therefor in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Code and the requisite fee or compensation or both have been paid. All such signs shall be constructed, erected and maintained in strict compliance with all the applicable provisions of this Code. (Prior code § 34.1-3)
