11-16-010 Definitions.
As used in this chapter: "A.S.T.M." means American Society for Testing Materials. "City" means City of Chicago. “Commissioner” means Commissioner of Water Management. “Department” means Department of Water Management. “Private sewer” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 18-29-202.
