15-28-400 Construction required.
Every corrosive liquid storage building shall be of Type IA, IB, or IIA construction and shall be without any basement, except a basement provided and used for purposes other than that of the storage of corrosive liquid. (Prior code § 92-34; Amend Coun. J. 10-7-20, p. 21791, Art. VI, § 79)
