2-32-020 Comptroller - Office created - Appointment.
There is hereby created the office of city comptroller who shall be the head of the department of finance and shall have the management and control of all matters and things pertaining thereto. He shall be appointed by the mayor, by and with the advice and consent of the city council. (Prior code § 7-2)
