§ 4-76-040 — Penalty

4-76-040 Penalty.

In addition to any other applicable penalty provided for in the Code for violations of safety, sanitation, health or other requirements, any Institution that violates this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 7-25-18, p. 81440, § 1)
