§ 3-05 Inspections.
All Vessels in the Marinas may be boarded by authorized officers and employees of the Department or other City, State and federal agencies if necessary to respond to an emergency or urgent health or safety hazard, as part of the general health or safety inspection or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. It shall be a violation of these rules for a Permittee to refuse to allow, prevent or interfere with such boarding. (Amended City Record 8/1/2019, eff. 8/31/2019)
