Definitions in this Chapter 23.58B supersede any definitions of the same terms in Chapter 23.84A and Section 23.58A.004 for the purposes of provisions of this Chapter 23.58B , unless otherwise specified in this Chapter 23.58B . "Affordable housing" means dwelling units affordable to households with a range of incomes no higher than 80 percent of median income. "MHA-C unit" means a dwelling unit provided to comply with Chapter 23.58B through the performance option according to Section 23.58B.050 . For purposes of this Chapter 23.58B , "dwelling unit" does not include an accessory dwelling unit. (Ord. 126855 , § 51, 2023; Ord. 125233 , § 11, 2016; Ord. 124895 , § 2, 2015)
