As required by WAC 173-27-120, an application for a substantial development permit for a limited utility extension, or for the construction of a bulkhead or other measures to protect a single-family residence and its appurtenant structures from shoreline erosion shall be subject to all of the requirements of this Chapter 23.60A , except that the following time periods and procedures shall be used: A. The public comment period shall be 20 days. The notice provided shall state the manner in which the public may obtain a copy of the decision on the application no later than two days following its issuance; B. The decision to grant or deny the permit shall be issued within 21 days of the last day of the comment period specified in subsection 23.60A.064.A; and C. If there is an appeal to the Hearing Examiner, of the decision to grant or deny the permit, the appeal shall be finally determined within 30 days. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
