A. Any decision to approve or deny an application for a shoreline substantial development permit, shoreline conditional use permit, shoreline variance permit, or revision under authority of this Chapter 23.60A shall, concurrently with the transmittal of the ruling to the applicant, be filed by the Director with Ecology, and the Attorney General by return receipt requested mail and pursuant to WAC 173-27-130. B. For shoreline conditional use and variance decisions, the Director shall also provide notice of Ecology's final decision pursuant to WAC 173-27-200(3). (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
