A. All shoreline modifications are subject to the standards set out in Subchapter III of this Chapter 23.60A . B. Any proposed shoreline modification located on state-owned aquatic lands must provide evidence of notification to DNR prior to obtaining authorization from the Director. C. All shoreline modifications are prohibited except as allowed, allowed as a special use, or allowed as a shoreline conditional use in this Section 23.60A.172 and Table A for 23.60A.172. If Table A for 23.60A.172 lists a shoreline modification in association with a specific use or other shoreline modification, that use or shoreline modification must be allowed, allowed as a special use, or allowed as a shoreline conditional use in the shoreline environment for which the shoreline modification is proposed.
