A. Restoration and enhancement uses are allowed, allowed as a special use or allowed as a shoreline conditional use or prohibited as required by each component of the restoration and enhancement project. Components of a restoration and enhancement plan may include shoreline modifications that are consistent with the objectives of project, and these components are regulated in Subchapter III, Part 4, of this Chapter 23.60A . B. Actions to restore and enhance ecological functions, whether as part of mitigation sequencing or otherwise, shall use the Shoreline Restoration and Enhancement Plan as guidance.
