A. Public access shall be provided and maintained on all dry land abutting waterways except where the dry land is being leased for a water-related use that meets the definition of "Water-related use" #1 in Section 23.60A.944 . B. An open water area with a width of not less than 50 feet for the length of the waterway shall be provided and maintained on all waterways to provide access for public navigation. The location of the open water area shall be determined by the Director. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
