A view corridor or corridors of not less than 35 percent of the width of the lot shall be provided and maintained on all waterfront lots and on all upland through lots separated from a waterfront lot designated CM, CR, CP or CN by a street or railroad right-of-way. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
