A. A view corridor or corridors of not less than 35 percent of the width of the lot shall be provided and maintained on all waterfront lots and on any upland through lot in the UR Environment separated from a waterfront lot designated CM, CR, or CP by a street or railroad right-of-way. B. View corridors are not required for single-family dwelling units. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
