A. Private property. Public access shall be provided and maintained on privately owned waterfront lots for the following developments and uses: 1. Residential developments containing more than four units with more than 75 feet of shoreline; 2. Uses on privately owned waterfront lots that abut Lake Union with a front lot line of less than 100 feet in length, measured at the upland street frontage generally parallel to the water edge, that abut a street or waterway providing public access, are not required to provide public access; 3. Marinas, except as provided in subsection 23.60A.200.D; and 4. Development and uses that are not water-dependent, or that are not water-related as defined in Section 23.60A.944 , "Water-related use" #1. B. Utilities. Regulated public access shall be provided on utility-owned or controlled property within the Shoreline District. (Ord. 124750 , § 60, 2015; Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
