A. For the purpose of this Chapter 23.60A , certain words and phrases are defined. The definitions established in this Subchapter XVI are in addition to definitions contained in Chapter 23.84A , which are also applicable to this Chapter 23.60A and to the definitions in Chapter 25.09 , which are incorporated by reference in Section 23.60A.156 . In the event that a definition in this Chapter 23.60A differs from a definition of the same term in Chapter 23.84A , the definition in this Chapter 23.60A shall apply in the Shoreline District. B. Except as provided in subsection 23.60A.900.A, words or phrases used in this Chapter 23.60A shall be interpreted so as to give them the meaning they have in common usage. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
